You have much better eyesight than I do, they all look pretty sharp :)&lt;BR/&gt;Except for the delicious plate of crab, I just suspect because of the long zoom, focusing might be compromised. So far I am quite surprised by how well it focuses in macro mode, compared to the Canon G6.
